The Watkins Tennis Administration Building is a single-story structure housing two multi-purpose rooms, an aerobic room, Green-Tech Center, area, reception, flexible/prefabrication area, office and restrooms. The Tennis Administration Building is connected to the tennis bubble structure which houses five indoor tennis courts through the revolving air lock access doors.

• Our scope of work included the performance of the fundamental and  enhanced commissioning tasks consisting of review of construction  documents, site visits to monitor the progress of construction and  preparation of field reports, coordination with the owner/engineers/contractors   and preparation of the commissioning reports.

• The commission of the following systems were included in our scope  of work: Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC), plumbing,  electrical, fire alarm and sprinkler system.

• The Watkins Tennis Administration Building which is equipped with  many Green elements such as the geothermal heat pump system, photovoltaic  solar system with roof mounted collectors, green roof is a LEED certified  building and received an Operational Facility award in 2018 from NACPRO      (National Association of County Parks and Recreational Officials).
