HVAC Replacement

Montpelier Mansion

Provided Mechanical and Electrical Engineering services for the replacement of the existing Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system serving the historic mansion and related administration building.

The new HVAC system consisted of central heating and cooling plants with several floor and ceiling mounted air handling units located throughout the mansion and the administration building.

ADA Bathroom Renovations

Wye Island

Provided construction documents for making one of the two existing bathrooms ADA compliant. Specified new plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, baseboard heaters, exhaust fans and architectural accessories for both bathrooms.

Provided architectural drawings for enlarging one bathroom in order to provide an ADA compliant water closet, shower and sink.
